At the center of town, another 350 or so people โ mostly Albemarle County residents โ will bring their own hand-sorted recyclables to the McIntire Recycling Center as free offerings to the manufacturing gods. McIntire Recycling Center also has a special bin to collect oyster shells as part of the Virginia Oyster Shell.
